1. Community Guidelines

These are the core rules of our community. Violating them can result in content removal, account suspension, or a permanent ban. We expect all users to adhere to the following:

• No Hateful Content: You may not upload content that promotes violence, discrimination, or disparages on the basis of race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
• No Illegal or Explicit Content: Do not upload content that is sexually explicit, depicts graphic violence, or promotes illegal activities. This includes, but is not limited to, nudity and self-harm.
• Respect Privacy: Do not upload images of other people without their explicit consent. You are responsible for the images you upload.
• No Harassment or Bullying: While the nature of the app is "roasting," do not use it to engage in targeted harassment, bullying, or threatening behavior against other users.

2. AI Safety & Content Moderation

We use a multi-layered approach to ensure the roasts generated by our AI stay within the bounds of clever fun and do not cross into harmful territory.

• Built-in AI Guardrails: Our AI models have strict, built-in safety filters designed to block the generation of content that violates our community guidelines. We continuously work to refine these filters.
• Proactive & Reactive Moderation: We employ both automated tools and human review to monitor content shared on public-facing areas of the Service (like the public feed). Content that violates our policies will be removed.
• It's Not Perfect: AI can sometimes make mistakes. If you see a roast—either generated for you or on the public feed—that you believe crosses the line, please report it immediately. Your reports are crucial for helping us improve.

3. Your Privacy & Data Security

Your trust is paramount. We handle your data with the utmost care. Our key privacy commitments are:

• Temporary Image Processing: As detailed in our Privacy Policy, your uploaded selfies are used only for the purpose of generating a roast and are deleted from our active servers immediately afterward.
• No AI Training on Your Data: We will never use your personal photos to train our AI models.
• Secure Infrastructure: We use industry-standard security measures to protect our platform and your account information from unauthorized access.

4. How to Report a Concern

If you encounter content that violates our guidelines or have a safety concern, please let us know. Reporting helps us keep the community safe.

• For Inappropriate Roasts or Public Content: Use the reporting tools available on the app or email us directly. Please provide as much detail as possible, such as the content of the roast and where you saw it.
• For Account or Security Issues: If you believe your account has been compromised or you have a security concern, contact us immediately.

We review every report seriously and will take appropriate action, which may include content removal, issuing a warning, or suspending/banning the responsible account.

5. Our Enforcement Process

When a potential violation is reported, our safety team will review the case. Depending on the severity of the violation, actions may include:

• Content Removal: The offending content will be taken down.
• A Warning: For minor infractions, we may issue a warning.
• Account Suspension or Ban: For serious or repeat offenses, we will suspend or permanently ban the account.
